Quality Floors will soon offer a digital order form where you can, input your unit info, and reach the Quality Floors team instantly — right from your phone or tablet while walking the property.
Complete the Turnover Order Form
Quality Floors provides a property-specific order form that links directly to your customer account. Just select your property and enter basic unit turnover details.
Preloaded Property Details
If you have been a Quality Floors customer already, we often have your preferred flooring types, pricing, and unit layouts in the system — so when you submit a unit number, most of the information is what we already have
Enter the Unit Number + Date Needed
While in the unit, you can quickly note the unit number, flooring type, and installation date. That’s often all you need.
Add Any Notes (Damage, Subfloor, Etc.)
There’s typically a section for special instructions if the unit has damage, odor, or unique needs.
Submit Instantly
Once submitted, the Quality Floors team gets your order immediately and confirms scheduling with you — usually within 24 hours.
